Voluntary contribution
You choose freely whether to contribute. Sending material to KPP is voluntary, and you may ask questions before submitting.
Submission does not guarantee publication
KPP may decide not to publish a contribution. KPP may also decide when, where, on which official channel, and in what format an accepted contribution appears. Publication may be delayed, and KPP does not have to provide a detailed reason for declining material.
Editorial purpose and discretion
KPP may decline material that does not fit its purpose, values, editorial direction, intended message, quality or suitability requirements. A Perspective is an informed contribution, not an endorsement or testimonial for KPP.
Reasonable editorial adaptation
For editorial or technical reasons, KPP may shorten, excerpt, clarify, format, subtitle, caption, translate, transcribe, resize, reformat, create teasers, or adapt submitted material. KPP will not intentionally distort your meaning. For significant changes that affect substance or meaning, KPP will seek your approval before publication where reasonably practicable.
Translation and official KPP channels
KPP may translate stories, subtitles, captions, descriptions and extracts while preserving the intended meaning as closely as reasonably possible.

Attribution and anonymity
Where editorially feasible, you may choose a full name, first name only, initials, or anonymous attribution. Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed if you provide identifiable video, voice, photography or contextual information.
You keep ownership
You retain ownership of your original contribution. You give KPP non-exclusive permission to use it for KPP-related editorial, cultural, educational, storytelling and promotional purposes. Ownership of your story does not transfer to KPP.
Your right to submit the material
To the best of your knowledge, the contribution must be your own and you must have the right to share it. You must have appropriate permission for submitted photographs, recordings, music, artwork and identifiable third parties where required.
Privacy and sensitive third-party information
Do not include unnecessary confidential, medical or financial information about another person; private addresses or contact details; allegations against identifiable people; or information that could place someone at risk. KPP may remove such material during editorial review.
Children and minors
KPP does not accept direct contributions from anyone under 18 without appropriate parental or legal guardian consent. If material includes an identifiable child, appropriate consent must be obtained before publication.
Withdrawal requests
You may ask KPP to stop future use of your contribution by writing to kapwapinoypamana@gmail.com and including your submission reference where possible. KPP will make reasonable efforts to honour the request for future use.
- Material already published, downloaded, reshared, cached or archived may not be fully removable.
- KPP cannot promise deletion from third-party platforms or copies outside its control.
Editorial safeguarding
KPP may refuse, edit or remove material containing hate, discrimination, harassment, defamatory allegations, unnecessary personal attacks, dangerous misinformation, serious privacy violations, or content inconsistent with KPP’s purpose and values.
